It's here!
We have finally entered the Alpha testing phase of the highly anticipated Encounter Builder tool, and there are many questions, which I hope to answer with this Article.
How can I test the Encounter Builder?
During the Alpha Test phase, Hero and Master tier subscribers will have access to the Encounter Builder. This assures we have some of our most involved and dedicated users using the Encounter Builder at a stage where feedback is vital. We also do not want people mistakenly stumbling into the Encounter Builder while it’s this early in development without knowing that it is nowhere near a completed feature set. When we enter the Encounter Builder Beta we will open this up to all registered users.
Why is the Encounter Builder missing features?
At this point, the Encounter Builder is still missing many key features of an Encounter Builder, as we keep adding more and more features weekly. There may be some weeks where the Encounter Builder will simply not be working as we re-work some things based on feedback.
How can I give feedback on the Encounter Builder?
There are a couple different ways you can send in any feedback you might have on our latest tool. The first way is by clicking on the Alpha Survey link, at the top of the Encounter Builder page.
The Survey link is also provided at the top of the My Saved Encounters page.
Secondly, there is a blue Feedback button on the bottom of both pages. This will allow you to draw and place comments on the snip image of your screen view.
The third way you can give feedback on the Encounter Builder is to let us know over on the Encounter Builder Feedback forum.
What do I do if I find a bug?
As always, you can submit a ticket with Customer Service.
