Encounter Builder
PlannedCurrently you can't really plan your encounters or anything like that in the campaigns.
It helps a lot with preparing for a session if you could add encounters with the monsters from the listing (calculating total and adjusted XP or even with an easy, medium, hard or deadly calculated based on the players in the party).

Improved Initiative is a good template for which to start. Emulating just that would be 'easy' here. Select Monster (from Compendium), Select Characters, roll for initiative, input results, et voila'. Put in the features Improved Initiative has (roll for initiative each turn, etc....) and you have a start.
Adding uniqueness or features or style to it would be fine, but at least start there....enable us to create those encounters (sans initiative rolls) in advance of play and allow us to create as many of them as we require.

Agreed Darrel. I've used improved initiative for almost a year now and it has been amazing. Things that were very beginner friendly about that, beyond the obvious, was the ability click on monsters spell names and open a popup (in page) of that spell. When dealing with a large number of monsters I found it handy to click on the damage number and let it roll for me (sacrilegious to some I totally understand dice is part of the game). Something I've been taking advantage of lately is the difficulty of the encounter as Easy - Deadly so I can drop extra things in there on the fly knowing roughly how difficult I'm making it.
