Just a cosmetic change for the mobile app (Adding animated frames, borders, and backgrounds)

Currently the app has your standard dark blue/grey borders and darker blue background with a red frame around the portrait. Why can’t we use the frames and borders and backgrounds like we can on the website? It’s just another cosmetic addition like changing the skin of our dice right? I got some neat frames and stuff with my books and expansions, it would be great if i could use them in the app too.
