Improved Spell Scroll Funtionality
Needed: When you add a spell scroll, the character sheet prompts you to select a spell and level.
Would Be Nice: A "Scribe" function on spell scrolls available to Wizards or Book of Shadows/Ritual Caster feat havers. Functions with legal target, checks that you don't know the spell, that you are an appropriate level, then adds the spell to Spellbook, deletes spell, and reduces GP.

Along these lines I wish there was a spellbook item that just let you put the spell names of the owner's spells into it. It doesn't need to grant you the ability to read the spell descriptions, so it won't interfere with their pricing system. It just needs to have access to the names of every spell, and know their spell levels to organize the spellbook. This is for when you come into possession of another Wizard's spellbook, and need a list of the spells you can learn from it. Would make it easier as the DM to just put one into their inventory.
I'm new here, though. I don't even know if I can make my own suggestions. I will if I can, after a search for a similar idea, of course. -
3 years, can this be a thing now?
It seems like it would be trivial and not require this insanely convoluted process: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/d-d-beyond-feedback/5828-spell-scrolls-in-inventory?page=2#c28
It even seems like having to do this is just a needless bloat to whatever datastore/backend exists.
