  I'd say that your best bet for getting this to happen is reaching out to MCDM. If they don't want to sell their product through D&D Beyond, it's not going to happen.

  They do, Matt talked about it during an interview with Adam and Todd. They said they had to figure out logistics, that was a while ago though.
