Prebuilt Encounters for Modules

With the encounter builder coming up soon, and hopefully with it combat tracking, I think it would be nice if modules came with their encounters prebuilt for combat tracking.

  the official comment above does not seem to be accurate two years later, at least for Lost Mine of Phandelver
