Personally, I'd love to see this option. My campaigns tend to be very Sanity intensive, and it would be great to be able to track that in the character sheet.

This is official content I've been using for a month now. All our sheets are on DnDBeyond and these rules are officially supported in the DMG. Can we please get some support for this or at least an answer on it?

This needs put in the Character Builder.  Should be an easy addition.

There is a slight way to add these now in DNDBeyond without to much hastel.  However its a clunky fix.  Add a new custom skill to your characters sheets.

My players and I have developed a stress pool system that uses sanity and constitution modifiers we just added this into the custom skills section.

Justin Swank That's kinda like saying "you can push your car if the engine is defective".  You can do it yes, but it's always a big hassle whenever a player needs to check the value or make a check.

I know that this is a low priority development because it is little used, but my question is "is the use low because there are few easily accessible options out there to use it without making custom character sheets?"

It's very Field of Dreams, but it is true.

Especially with the new Ravenloft supplement coming out, sanity would be very useful. I would really like to have a Cthulhu like campaign where characters sanity hangs in the balance as their exposure to the vast nothingness of the elder gods slowly chips away at the soundness of their minds.

I hope this feature gets a look soon.
