The public campaign notes are currently much too simple: it's just one big field where you can input text. Handy for sharing some links and short info with the player, but not much more than that.

I'd love to see a calendar added to it: so that you can keep track of the date within your campaign, what holidays are coming up for example, but also to leave notes of what the party did on a date (in game). So the DM can leave a note on Flamerule 2nd, 1489 DR that the party travelled to Cragmaw Castle for example. Or that in 14 days from "now" a quest timer runs out.

Ideally it would offer built-in support for Faerun's calendar system and its holidays.

  I currently do this as part of my Scrivener notes, but this would be a great addition to Beyond IMO, once actual campaign management comes around.

  As a DM, I really like the idea of having this available to me. As a developer, I am horrified by the concept of designing a system to support the infinite multitude of calendar systems that roleplayers could come up with.

  Doesn't have to be super complicated or support everything imaginable. How many months? Then give a name and number of days for each of the months. Enter a starting year and the current date. And you're off to the races :)

  Hey, if the DDB team wants to take it on, I support it, as long as it doesn't push back more important initiatives. Would eventually be nice to fill out the DM suite.

  I really love this idea. Specifically in my world it's a 6 day week. Non traditional callander creation so we can put notes in for dms would be great.

  I feel like this could be added to the Sampaige Ts's request here which covers notes upgrades. My hope is that we can all the people pushing for "Notes upgrades" under one post to push it as a priority.

  This can be done via WorldAnvil. Not that a DDB tracker wouldn't be great.
