Updated Random Character Generator

I've been using the Random Character builder to both get ideas for characters I would like to play and for fun NPCs I can throw into a party with a bit more information than a monster stat block, but when trying to limit certain parts of the random character creation I noticed that only the most basic classes/subclasses and races are available.

It would be nice if the randomizer could choose from all content I have unlocked/shared and have the option of limiting it. That way I could intentionally choose to create a tabaxi character, or only create a kenku, aarakockra, or vedalken character.
