DM overlay while on adventure content

It would be great if there was a dm over lay for when I'm running adventures that I can select a campaign I'm running and have quick look info also up while still having the ability to scroll through the content. Into such as passive perception, ac, spell DC, languages, etc

  Basically to further explain, have small portraits of my players on the screen at all times when I'm in a "DM" mode

  Basically like the twitch overlay which looked great, but up for the DM to use.
