Platform Modes (Switch Functionality)
Oh, Lord. I should've done this on my laptop.
Anyhow, this has to do with Platform functionality, with the main request being to add a way to switch between Mobile and Computer modes at will.
This is due to certain browsers on mobile devices (Like that of the Nintendo Switch, for example) being picked up as Computers as opposed to a smaller device like my phone. This causes issues because, while certain functions remain intact (Character Builder, Browsing and searching, etc.) and still work fine, certain other functions (Selecting anything below "HOMEBREW", "SPELLS", and "ADVENTURES" in the hover options in "Creations", "Game Rules", and "Sources" respectively) are virtually inaccessible due to scrolling speed/transparency making the options difficult to see via these means. A fix for almost all issues would be a link at the bottom of the page allowing users to switch between Desktop/Mobile mode.
Below is a list of all sections tested on the Nintendo Switch by Main Section:
Creations:
- My Characters - Not obstructed. Able to view normally.
- My Campaigns - Not obstructed in dropdown. Able to view and create campaigns. Description, Public/Private Notes not loading as thus not able to be loaded.
- Homebrew Creation - All options down to Create Background can be seen clearly. Any below are either invisible or near-invisible on most pages due to their colors matching their background.
- My Homebrew Collection/Creations - Not obstructed. When looking at creations the Comments and Comment Editor do not load. All other functionality works as expected, including creating homebrew objects.
- Homebrew Browsing - All options are either invisible or near-invisible on most pages.
Game Rules:
- Classes - All classes are visible, including the Artificer and Blood Hunter.
- Spells - All spells are invisible/near-invisible on most pages.
- Races - Option is clearly visible. All race details can be seen. However, quick select options (The dropdowns at the top of the page on the left side) do not load. Strangely, comments do load.
- Monsters - Option clearly visible. All monsters can be browsed. However, there is an inability to filter using any of the options shown on screen, even by tapping/selecting the "Filter Monsters" button.
- Feats - Option clearly visible. All feats can be browsed and filtered normally by use of the options and "Filter Feats" button.
- Backgrounds - Option clearly visible. All backgrounds can be browsed and filtered normally by use of the options and "Filter Backgrounds" button.
- Magic Items - Option clearly visible. All Magic Items can be browsed. However, there is an inability to filter using any of the options shown on screen, even by tapping/selecting the "Filter Magic Items" button.
- Equipment - Option clearly visible. All Equipment can be browsed and filtered.
Sources
- Sourcebooks - All sourcebooks can be seen and opened, as well as any and all "contents" options selected and navigated to. Text, tables, and images seem to be loading normally. However, there is no menu of options to the left of the books' contents.
- Adventures - Images for the various Adventures are visible. However, the Titles of them are invisible or near-invisible on most pages.
Tools
- Character Builder - Clearly visible. All expected functions work correctly. I actually created a character that is... Ahem based off of a certain elf-eared hero. No option to browse files, but that's due to Nintendo's programming rather than an issue with the site. https://ddb.ac/characters/10850998/iJzOHi
- Twitch Extension - N/A.
Marketplace
- Store - Unable to make purchases. Receiving a 500 Error Code when selecting "Add to Cart", which does not occur when doing the same in Chrome on laptop.
- Subscriptions - Can't test functionality due to already having a subscription.
- Redeem a Key - Don't have any keys. Cannot test.
- Order History - All orders can be seen and viewed in detail.
Media
- Articles - All articles can be accessed.
- YouTube Links - YouTube is accessible and thus all YouTube-related links should work.
- Twitch - Not accessible due to Twitch being too intensive.

I'm 100% behind this. When I downloaded the DnD Beyond app on my iPad, I expected it to be an iPad friendly version of the site, but rather it was a collection of all the books you have bought on the store.
Mobile, tablet, and console friendly versions of the site would be a brilliant thing to have!

@Rohan, this is specifically regarding switching between different modes on the actual site. While I also was a bit disappointed by the way the DnDBeyond app works, for almost all tablets and phones just signing into the site gives you a great experience. It's just that the browser for the Nintendo Switch doesn't work all that well with the site so I'm requesting a mode to switch between site versions at will.
