Allow Old UA Content

This is similar, but separate from the request with official answers on it, regarding adding all old (prior to 2018) UA content. I understand that adding old content that few people will utilize is out of scope. 

The current functionality of DDB allows for utilizing current, but not previously-available UA content, and as soon as WotC ends the playtest period on a specific piece of UA content, if they do not publish it in a real book, DDB gets rid of it. 

I assume you're not deleting it outright, because that seems wasteful. Can we have a separate toggle to allow it, even after it's 'expired'? Many tables are still playing with UA Order Domain clerics, Revised Rangers, the Tunnel Fighter fighting style, and Theurgists, despite them no longer being on DDB. 

The policy banning UA content from being replicated as Homebrew further complicates the process of trying to use your tools to build a character using any of these rulesets.

  The UA homebrew recreation simply can't be published into the community, you can still make it and use it yourself.
