D&D Beyond doesn't have costs listed because Wizards doesn't list specific prices. There are no add-ons to buy. Prices and availability of magic items are always up to the DM, this is Wizards' standpoint and DDB has stated that they take their lead from WotC on these things.

Fwiw, I have found this reddit post helpful for establishing price baselines. https://www.reddit.com/r/dndnext/comments/3dzvsq/sane_magical_item_prices_now_in_convenient_pdf/

It is all totally subjective to your personal DM style, but as a reference point its nice to have a place to start.  I will also caution that while items have a "rarity" in the WotC source material, that rarity seems pretty all over the place in terms of the power and value of the items it describes.  So "rarity" is not a consistent proxy for price.
