Add First Aid to "Actions in combat" on character sheet

Would be neat and useful for players if the PHB First Aid mechanic was included among the Actions in combat (i.e. clicking on First Aid would bring up the sidebar with a description of the mechanic, like it does for other actions).

Example:

You can use your action to administer first aid to an unconscious creature and attempt to stabilize it, which requires a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Medicine) check.

If you have the healer feat and you use a healer's kit to stabilize a dying creature, that creature also regains 1 hit point.
