Ability to add bonus to damage without bonus to attack rolls on items

I wanted to be able to create a weapon that added a +1 or whatever number to damage rolls only without adding anything to attack rolls in the way say a +1 Longsword would. This would be for modified weapons of lower level characters to give them a little more kick for being creative with their weapons.
