Customize Saving Throw Modifiers

Need the ability to manually add saving throw modifiers to our sheet. Specifically, I'd like to manually add an indicator and description for advantage/disadvantage like the character builder does. 

In addition, magical items should have the ability to add this modifier (i.e., Belt of Dwarvenkind should indicate ADV on Persuasion checks made with Dwarves as well as ADV on saving throws against poison.)

  This ^ 100%. A simple Edit box for saving throw modifiers to manually add a note that character has adv or disadv with one or multiple saves would be a start.

  It's not quite as direct as requested, but you can do the above (and a lot more) by making a custom/homebrew feat and adding it to your character by clicking "Manage Feats" on your character sheet.
  
  E.g. you can make a feat that just adds the modifier "Disadvantage - Constitution Saving Throws" and this will then show up nicely in the saving throws box.
