Currently, when you create a subclass, you have a single box in the BASIC INFORMATION section (under description) for "Additional Specific Spells". The "?" information box says "Choosing spells here will build expanded spell lists, domains spells, oath spells, etc., that are specific to the subclass."
The issue is adding spells to a cleric subclass will mark all added spells as domain spells (i.e. always prepared). Even spells of 6th level or higher.
If I want to add certain spells to a cleric subclass that would be part of that subclass' expanded spell list but not make them "always prepared" domain spells, it is not currently possible.
For example, I create the Cold domain subclass. I choose 10 domain spells, as usual. But I want to expand the spell list for some other spells that deal cold damage, level 1-9. Like other spells, these ones are not automatically prepared. They need to be selected when managing spells, like other non-domain spells.
The easiest solution would be to have two different boxes: one for domain spells (or other "Always Prepared") spells of other subclasses; and one box for expanded spell lists.
