Allow for decimal numbers in certain trait modifiers

    For those stumpling upon this, there is a workaround. These effects can be applied multiple times, so applying the effect for small creatures (where it is halved) and also applying it with a multiplier of 3 will give you the intended effect of 1.5. Mix and match for other possible combinations :)

    The previous workaround does not seem to work anymore. At least when what you want, is to have a carrying capacity below the one of tiny characters. What helped me, was to set the fixed value to -2. This seems to tell DDB that the size with which to calculate should be considered as two sizes smaller than the default (medium/small), which led to the carrying capacity being calculated as 3.75 x Strength Value (15 : 2 : 2 = 3.75).

    Looking back at this some 7 months later only to realise I had written the wrong size category in my workaround. Yes, TINY, not SMALL, is the one you want to halved.
