Frequent Buffs Available under 'Conditions'

Effects like 'Haste' or 'Bless' being toggle-able in the conditions menu with the ability to effect the character sheet. (Like calculating the additional +2 ac from haste). There are other frequently used buffs that this could apply to.

  I would love to see additional conditions added for positive spell effects as well, like Heroes Feast, Mage Armor etc..
