Apply silver or adamantine customization to ammunition instead of ranged weapon itself

It would be nice to customize the ammunition instead of the ranged weapon since you would apply slivering to the crossbow bolt head and not the crossbow itself.  Managing ammunition per ranged weapon and by quiver or bolt case would be helpful as well.
