Add Support for Ammunition Bonuses
Although D&D Beyond has the ability to equip ammunition, it doesn't appear to currently do anything. For example, if I equip a Crossbow, and Crossbow Bolts, +2 (and no other ammunition) then I receive no +2 bonus to hit or damage.
It seems like D&D Beyond needs to add some way for special ammunition to specify the type of weapon(s) it works with (e.g- using a tag) so that any modifiers added by the ammunition can be applied to such weapons as if they were properties of the weapon itself.
Additionally, D&D Beyond should either prevent the player from equipping multiple types of ammunition (so that only one can be applied at a time), or give us some way to choose which type we're currently using. For example, similar to how attuned magic items can be equipped then attuned, ammunition could be equipped and then "loaded", unloading any already loaded ammunition and adjusting bonuses accordingly.
