Add UA Classes to the Character Builder

I love using the character sheet for DDB, and I've brought each of my campaigns here.  No one wants to play the PHB version of the Ranger, but we love the UA Ranger Revised class and would love to see it in the character builder alongside the other UA content that's been added.

  I miss having access to the UA warforged sub-races.  I think they're more interesting than the generic race we got with WGtE and ERFtLW.
