Easier Creature Creation

Creating homebrew creatures is fairly easy.  Unfortunately linking spells and damage scripts to said monsters to that they easily pull up rules and rolls is not so much.  It would be great if setting up gear/spells for NPCs/Monsters was as easy as setting them up in the character creator.
