Increasing Spells Known for spontaneous casters

My DM has a homebrew feat that increases a casters spells known by half their proficiency bonus. My current workaround is to create a feat that manually lets me pick 3 spells from the warlock spell list, but there is no way to make these spells use spell slots, they can only be at-will or use charges. It would be much easier if there was a "Spells Known" modifier subtype option for Bonus and/or Set

  This, or alternately allow feats to add spells known instead of just spells with charges.
