Have Epic Boons, Blessings, and Charms to the Character sheet

As the name implies, there should be a way to add Epic boons, Blessings, and Charms to the character sheet. There will be a similar menu to the feats manager (called the "Boon Manager") allowing the player to choose whatever they want. However, you could possibly implement a system to lock the boons from being chosen unless the character is LVL 20. Please consider this!
