[Artificer] Add Steel Defender automatically for Battle Smith

Currently when playing a Battle Smith Artificer, the player has to go into Extras -> Manage Extras -> Battle Smith Defender, search for "Steel Defender" then add the correct profile in order to have their defender listed with the correct stats automatically calculated.

This is a huge pain in the arse, and I'd wager many (if not most) Battle Smith players on D&D Beyond don't know to do it (because how could they? Nothing tells them to).

It would be much better if the Steel Defender were added automatically as a special non-removable entry under Extras, which can then be upgraded to the Improved Steel Defender at 15th level. This entry should still be customisable, to allow for a custom name, extra hit points, AC override etc., but use the correct set of automatic stats as the foundation.

  I agree, I had no idea how to add in the Steel Defender. I'm glad you requested this.
