PC viewable stats in Initiative Tracker and Campaign Screen

Being able to see a display of stats such as HP, AC and passives for PCs in the browser combat tracker when selected (similar to the recent fab campaign update for Android and IOS).
A similar display on the campaign base screen viewable for the DM would also be immensely useful in between combats.
