Prepared Spells limit breaker check box

so my DM gave us the ability to not have to prepare spells. if you know it you can cast it as long as you have the components needed.

a while back there was not an actual limit to what you could prepare. it would just turn red.

now there is a limiter that stops preparing spells that are beyond the normal class limit.

due to this im hoping for a check box that removes that limit. it could go directly next to the prepared spell space in spells manager. or in the character creation page under homebrew content it could be a box next to that stating "remove prepared limit".
