Add Book Revision Option

Add a drop down so that users can select the revision of any book they have purchased.

  Not going to happen. D&D Beyond is beholden to Wizards of the Coast when it comes to that stuff. If Wizards says it has to be the most recent version of a book that is hosted on DDB, then DDB has no choice in the matter.
