Original spell name was... Umm?! Customisation removes original spell name completely

Hey, playing a wizard that creates her own spells is great and I love customising the names of them on DnD Beyond. But when I read out "I cast 'Baddie baddie go away, come again another day'"and my DM inevitably asks what exactly am I casting, I haven't a clue what that spell was originally called? "I think that one was Banish?!" Once spell names are changed the original disappears unless you delete the customisation. Would it be possible to have the original name of the spell still appear somewhere in the spell description even after customisation? Many thanks!
