I was looking into buying some invidual subclasses, spells etc and misread what Compendiun Content is. I commited to purchasing two individual books under "Conpendium Content Only" under the assumption id get all the character sheet customisation options without the plotline of the book. I got the opposite, and immediately emailed dndbeyond support within minutes of purchasing due to my mistake. This was a few days ago and I'm feeling disheartened and unhopeful. How long do raised tickets usually sit before being seen to? Has angone had any luck with refunds/exchanges?
