    Same, even tried purchasing on the marketplace and that still works, only option it gives me for subscriptions is to cancel it but it says it's already cancelled so I don't know what's going on.

    Yup. This is the problem. My account is actually fine...the problem we're having is on my son's account. I thought maybe just have him create a new account but he has several books and whatnot purchased on the existing account that he would lose. I don't mind there being problems but just respond to customers when they contact you.

    I might try to see what cancelling does, can't think of what else to do.

    we tried that and it brings you to a page asking you why you're cancelling, then gets stuck in an endless loading screen

    try this...log out of your account...log back in and try to subscribe

    Anyone have solution for this? I am stuck in this endless Unable to Collect Payment. I have sent ticket since last week and no response at all. Start to become crazy here.

    I am also stuck with this.  I've tried submitting a ticket and sending an email and can't get a reply either.
