Subscription problems
Hi I received an email at 10:44 AM central time today saying my subscription was cancelled but when I go on dndbeyond it says my subscription was cancelled the 17th even though I have used it since then? On top of that whenever I click on a new subscription it redirects me to a page where it says it failed to process my payment? If anyone could help that would be great today is my dnd day and I don't have access to the things I need.

Yup. This is the problem. My account is actually fine...the problem we're having is on my son's account. I thought maybe just have him create a new account but he has several books and whatnot purchased on the existing account that he would lose. I don't mind there being problems but just respond to customers when they contact you.
