    You've posted to the wrong section, this is for Feature Requests.

    To get help with your subscription click "Submit Request" in the top right, and make sure you've chosen "D&D Beyond Assistance" to send your issue to the support team.

    Seems like there's some kind of major issue with subscriptions at the moment that's in the process of being resolved, probably means support are overwhelmed, see here for more information:
