My Characters Tier Filter

A simple drop down with 'All, Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4' would make deciding on which character to take into a module much less confusing. I have 26 characters or parts of character currently, and I've only been at it a couple of years. Sorting helps, but there is still a lot of clutter that a Tier Toggle would resolve.
