    Same problem, can't find a way to renew and can't cancel to start over.  I had a friend who had the same issue about 3 months ago so it is not a new problem, but obviously they haven't solved it.

    Found a workaround, I could log in from my tablet and renew the subscription.

    It worked! If anyone finds himself in this scenario as well, try to go to the app in your mobile and then set it up from there.
