Witchlight - Race - Additional Purchase Options

For the Wild Beyond the Witchlight adventure, it seems I cannot purchase only the fairy race for digital character creation. In previous content, I've been able to purchase just the race (like loxodon, for example) rather than buying the full module. Could such a purchase be made possible for the fairy race in WBtW?
