Master Subscription - content not available for sharing

I have bought several of the books, and I have also purchased the Master Subscription. My group recently started a new campaign, and I invited them all to join the campaign via the link to join campaign - thinking that they'll have access to all of my races, classes, backgrounds and items.

The problem is that they don't get access to everything. One of the players found "Jewel of three prayers", and he is not able to add it to his character sheet. I have tried to add it to several other characters. It is possible to add the item for 3 out of 5 characters, and I don't understad why it doesn't work for two of them.

Extra info: 2 out of the 3 players that can add the item has bought "Call of the Netherdeep" in dndbeyond, one of them has not.

Does anyone know why it's not working properly?
