[Homebrew] Add Checkbox to Inherit Snippet/Description From Parent Feature

Currently when homebrewing it is common to have to duplicate a snippet and/or description from a racial trait or sub-class feature, and copy it into the action that implements the feature. Any change to one requires the other to also be changed or result in mismatched text.

This can be tedious and error-prone.

I would like to suggest that Actions gain an "inherit" checkbox next to their snippet and description areas. When this checkbox is set, the text area will be disabled, and any snippet or description is instead loaded from the trait or feature that the action belongs to.

Not only will this make homebrewing easier for users, it should also help staff in implementing and maintaining official content, making this a quality of life improvement for the tools.
